- warm butter (taken out of frigde a while before preparing)
- finely chopped herbs (eg. parsley, dill, basil, taragon - what ever you like)
- roughly chopped garlic
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
▪ Directions
Mix everything well in a blender until you have a homogenous mixture.
Fill into a decorative container and put into the fridge allowing it to cool down before serving.
